Summary:
“Flames of Vengeance,” the chapter begins with Olivier Mira Armstrong, Miles, and Buccaneer breaking into a secret lab beneath the Fifth Lab in Central City. They are looking for information about the homunculi and the Philosopher’s Stone.Meanwhile, Edward Elric and Scar are in another part of town looking for the homunculi lair. They meet Lust and Gluttony and a battle ensues. Edward and Scar manage to defeat Lust and severely injure Gluttony, but are interrupted by the arrival of Wrath.Back at the secret lab, Olivier and her team find a room full of research on homunculi, including information on their weaknesses. They are suddenly attacked by a Sloth, but they manage to trap him and escape.As Edward and Scar continue to fight the Wrath, Olivier and her team arrive to help. Together, they manage to defeat Wrath, but not before revealing that he is actually King Bradley, the leader of Amestris.The chapter ends with Edward and Scar going to the homunculi’s lair while Olivier and her team prepare for the final confrontation with the homunculi and King Bradley.
