Summary:
The chapter opens with a flashback of Roy talking to his old alchemy teacher, who we learn is Hawkeyes father. We then switch to the present when Edward comes to Riza’s apartment to return the gun she lent him. They start talking and out of the blue Riza asks, “You love Winry-chan don’t you,” Riza then begins to tell Ed about her experiences in Ishval.Cut back to Ishval and we see Scar and his brother looking into Retanjutsu and alchemy. We then see Rockbell’s doctors hard at work trying to cure both the Ishvallans and the Ammestrians. The delivery man tells them to get out of Ishval, but they refuse. At the same time, the higher ups discuss how the land of Aerugo is helping the Ishvallans. The army then decides to lock up all the Ishvallan soldiers. Führer Bradley also orders something else – that state alchemists are to be sent.
