They share stories and catch up on what happened since they last met.Izumi informs the brothers that she has been tracking the homunculi and has discovered that they are attempting to create the Philosopher’s Stone using human sacrifices. She reveals that she was contacted by Scar, who informed her that he had a lead on the location of the homunculi base.The trio then sets out to find Scar, who is waiting for them in an abandoned lab. Scar reveals that he has a plan to infiltrate the homunculi base and destroy them once and for all. He believes the only way to do this is to create a massive explosion, and he needs the help of the Elric brothers to do that.As the chapter ends, the group decides to put their plan into action, with Edward and Alphonse determined to finally put an end to the homunculi’s evil plans.
